I've been browsing topics about the whole 5-3-2 should be banned and 4-4-2 should be used and whatever. So my thoughts are: Why don't we do an 11-man FIFA draft (with injuries off). So anybody can be any team, but players are transferred to that team. Everybody takes a pick each until a full 11 has been made.
